100% GRENACHE
Our latest-born, les Grenaches de St Jaume is a celebration of a varietal, the grenache, and it’s expression on a unique terroir, the Trias. With vines in between 300 and 400m altitude, a playful exploration of macerations and whole-grape fermentation, and a blend of different ageings containers… this special cuvee enables us to explore different ways of making wine, always unfiltered and with no added sulfites.
To ensure ultimate palate satisfaction, it should be drunk at 15° C / 59° F – to accompany vegetable casserole, barbecue and grilled meats, cheese.
